Tiziana Miletti is the founder of Tiziana Collection, a curated portfolio of vacation rentals across Florence, the Tuscan coast, and the Adriatic Riviera.
Born and educated in Florence — where she earned her degree in Economics and Commerce at the Università di Firenze — Tiziana has spent her entire career at the intersection of Italian culture, hospitality, and international relations.
Her professional journey began in 2001 with Regione Toscana, where she worked as Area Sales Manager promoting Tuscany on the world stage. This was followed by roles in Sales, Marketing, and PR — including positions at the Ghana Consulate in Milan, where she developed deep expertise in international communication and cross-cultural relations.
From 2011 to the present, Tiziana served as General Manager at Home Sweet Home, one of Florence’s most respected property management companies — gaining over a decade of hands-on experience managing short-term rentals, guest relations, and property operations in one of the world’s most visited cities.
Tiziana Collection is the natural next chapter: a boutique company built on personal service, genuine passion for Italy, and a deep understanding of what makes a stay truly unforgettable.
